Who we are
CTAIO is a media property operated by Thomas Prommer. It includes the ctaio.dev website, the CTAIO newsletter, the CTAIO Labs podcast, and the CTAIO jobs board.
Using the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You may not scrape content for commercial use, reproduce the newsletter in bulk, or misrepresent affiliation with CTAIO.
Newsletter
The CTAIO newsletter is free. By subscribing, you agree to receive weekly emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We reserve the right to remove subscribers who engage in spam-like behaviour (forwarding as bulk mail, using disposable addresses to circumvent unsubscribes, etc.).
Jobs board
Job postings are submitted by employers and displayed in good faith. CTAIO does not verify the accuracy of job listings, salaries, or company descriptions. We're not a recruiter and we're not a party to any employment relationship. If a posting is inaccurate or fraudulent, contact us at thomas@prommer.net.
Content and intellectual property
All original content on ctaio.dev — articles, newsletter issues, podcast episodes — is owned by Thomas Prommer. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Republishing full issues or episodes without permission is not allowed.
Curated third-party content (links, summaries) belongs to the respective publishers. We link to the original source; the summary is ours.
Podcast
The CTAIO Labs podcast is produced by Thomas Prommer. Guest opinions are their own. Nothing in the podcast constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice.
No warranties
This site is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or completeness of content. Technology moves fast — something accurate today may be outdated next month.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CTAIO and Thomas Prommer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the newsletter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be handled in German courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated date.
