About CTAIO
CTAIO is the network for Chief Technology Officers, Chief AI Officers, and VPs of Engineering. We document how the technology C-suite is shifting, and provide the data, frameworks, and community that tech leaders need to operate in that shift.
The work is published as weekly intelligence on AI strategy, enterprise infrastructure, and technology leadership for CTO, CIO, and CAIO executives. Our content focuses on roles that are emerging or rapidly evolving: CAIO mandates, AI governance under the EU AI Act and US executive orders, compensation benchmarks across geographies, and executive search for scaling and PE-backed contexts.

Therefore the perspective on this site is a practitioner's rather than an analyst's: it is written by someone who still ships code and runs the org.
